We are currently in need of a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to determine project feasibility
- Develop detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare cost estimates and project schedules
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Keep accurate records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledgeable in construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
