Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and technical aspects of architectural projects from initial concept to completion. This role requires a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other computer-aided design software, as well as strong technical knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop project designs and concepts
- Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Prepare technical specifications and documents for construction
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Review contractor submissions for accuracy and compliance with design specifications
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to discuss project progress
- Maintain organized project files with all relevant documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology
