Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial developments. You will collaborate closely with our senior designers and architects to develop innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Conduct research on materials, products, and construction techniques
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to understand project requirements
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients and team members
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings quickly
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month.

Location: This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
