Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main goal will be to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective buildings that meet the clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and budget for the project
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations are met
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
