Industrial Architect

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for the design and construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their specifications. Your role will also involve overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Create design plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed according to plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with team members to come up with innovative solutions for complex projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to candidates with own visa)
