Architecture Manager - Part Time (Kaunas, Lithuania)



We are seeking a skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Kaunas on a part time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design and development of various architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and oversee construction processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget constraints
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes
- Address any issues that may arise during construction process
- Prepare progress reports for clients
- Mentor junior architects and delegate tasks accordingly

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
