We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from design to construction
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
