We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online English Teacher to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania on a contract basis. As an Online English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language lessons to students from around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting online English language lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels
- Creating engaging lesson plans and materials that cater to the individual needs of each student
- Providing constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills
- Keeping track of student progress and providing regular updates to parents or guardians
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop new teaching methods and materials
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language, preferably online
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop with video conferencing capabilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Kaunas, Lithuania. As this is an online teaching role, there is no accommodation provided.
