Junior Florist - Contract Position in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are currently seeking a talented and creative Junior Florist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania on a contract basis. As a Junior Florist, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and learn from the best in the industry. This is an ideal role for someone without any prior experience in floral design but has a passion for flowers and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders
- Learn about different types of flowers, their characteristics, and how to care for them
- Prepare vases, containers, ribbons, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Assist with maintaining the flower inventory and keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Help with deliveries and set up of floral displays at events or venues

Requirements:
- No prior experience in floral design required
- Passion for flowers and an eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior florists
- Good time management skills and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
