Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, creating schedules, and handling administrative tasks such as inventory management and budgeting.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in inventory management and budgeting
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in Lithuanian (preferred) or English

Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to lead by example and create a positive work environment for our team. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of the restaurant operations including food quality, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Hiring, training, and supervising all restaurant staff.
- Creating schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
- Handling any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be required to assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
