Entry-Level Barista



As an entry-level Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your main duties will include taking orders, preparing beverages, and handling cash transactions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- No previous experience required
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work full-time in Kaunas, Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- Assist with restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
