Sales Representative


We are a leading retail company in Kaunas seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively promote our products
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of retail industry and trends
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
