Sales Executive
Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Cold call, email, and visit potential clients to introduce our products/services
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet them
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the same or related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive attitude towards achieving results
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
