Our company in Kaunas is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts and perform various welding techniques. You will work with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and other alloys to create strong and durable structures. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Measure and mark materials according to specifications
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, or other impurities
- Use various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) based on the type of material being welded
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or distortion of metal parts
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we do provide free visa processing and air ticket for non-Kaunas residents.
