Job Title: Junior Merchandiser

We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Kaunas! As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies. This is a full-time position that requires no previous experience, making it perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the merchandising industry.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and implementing merchandising plans and strategies
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product assortments and pricing strategies
- Assist with product development and selection process
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper visual merchandising and product placement
- Assist in analyzing sales data to make recommendations for future strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
