Merchandiser for Retail Store in Kaunas, Lithuania



We are a leading retail store in Kaunas, Lithuania and we are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and that products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, suitable for men who are willing to relocate to Kaunas.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortments and placement
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure standards are being met
- Train and mentor new employees on merchandising techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Lithuania
- No prior experience necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
