We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania on a part-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Keep updated records of sales activities, including leads, deals, and contracts
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Must hold a valid visa to work in Lithuania (accommodation will be provided)
