Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide recommendations from the menu if requested
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any complaints or issues with professionalism and promptly report them to management
- Process payments accurately using POS system
