Part-Time Gardener in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Gardener to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beautiful gardens and landscapes of our property. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to seasonal needs
- Prune and trim plants to ensure healthy growth and maintain desired shape
- Water and fertilize plants as needed
- Identify and address any pest or disease issues
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition
- Regularly clean up debris and leaves from garden areas
- Work with the team to design and implement new landscaping projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different plants, shrubs, trees, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Good physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to see projects through completion
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
