The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, repair, and construction work. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for handling various tasks such as fixing plumbing and electrical issues, painting, carpentry, and basic repairs. You must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Additionally, you must have your own visa and be available for urgent jobs when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing and electrical issues
- Perform basic repairs on various equipment and structures
- Complete painting tasks as needed
- Handle carpentry work including building, repairing, and installing structures
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and with high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during repairs or maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
- Keep track of supplies and materials needed for each task

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, repair, or construction work
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
