Loader (Kaunas, Lithuania)

As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto and off of trucks and/or storage facilities. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and efficiently. This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month. No experience is required, as we will provide on-the-job training. Accommodation is not provided, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Kaunas or willing to relocate at their own expense. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Lithuanian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or storage facilities
- Ensure that all materials are properly secured and balanced for safe transport
- Use appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading/unloading schedules

Requirements:
- Physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

Preferred:
- Prior experience working as a Loader or in a similar role
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations
