Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials at our construction site in Kaunas. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, sand, or other materials
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or damage
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete daily logs and reports as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction setting
- Experience loading/unloading various types of materials preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and understand instructions and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
