Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of our systems.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware/software systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
