IT Support Specialist



Our growing technology company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Set up new user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Provide technical support for office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with network technologies such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
