Data Analyst

We are in search of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in data analysis, data mining, and database management. The primary responsibility of the Data Analyst will be to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. This role requires excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets from various sources
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in data
- Create visualizations and reports to clearly present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods and tools for data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience with ETL processes and tools such as Informatica or Talend
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analysis

Location: Siauliai (open to candidates from other cities/countries willing to relocate)

Salary: $1600 USD/month (negotiable based on qualifications)
