QA Engineer
A fast-growing tech company in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, as well as experience with automated testing tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and strategies for new software releases
- Execute automated and manual tests to identify defects and ensure functionality
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed bug reports
- Continuously monitor product performance and report any issues or bugs
- Update test cases and documents as needed to reflect changes in software development
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, including Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Experience working with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:
- ISTQB certification or similar qualification in software testing
- Experience with mobile app testing on both iOS and Android platforms
- Understanding of SQL databases and ability to write basic queries for data validation

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
