Restaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of managing successful restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service to customers
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Manage budgets, expenses, and payroll for the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
