We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Vilnius. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, solving technical issues, and providing product knowledge and recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat or email.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues related to our products or services.
- Assisting customers with product selection and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1600 per month (part-time)
