Formwork Specialist
As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This role will require you to work full-time in Vilnius, Lithuania and we provide accommodations for our employees. We also offer free visas and tickets for non-Lithuanian employees.

In this role, you will primarily be working on construction sites, creating and installing formwork according to project specifications. You will need to have an eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Your work will require physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing formwork structures using a variety of materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans to determine formwork requirements
- Collaborating with other construction workers to ensure safe and efficient installation of formwork
- Operating hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble formwork materials
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times while working on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
