We are currently hiring for a Team Lead to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations with team members to provide feedback and set goals for improvement
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration within the company
- Identify training needs for the team and coordinate training sessions accordingly
- Act as a mentor for new employees, providing guidance and support during their onboarding process
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is considered an asset
