Job Title: Senior Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Vilnius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Make revisions based on client feedback and ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
