Excavator Operator



As an Excavator Operator for our company in Vilnius, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavating equipment on construction sites. Your role will be essential in ensuring that the digging, moving, and lifting of materials is done accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavating equipment to dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as needed
- Follow blueprints or instructions to determine the location and depth of excavations
- Maneuver equipment to avoid obstacles and ensure safety on the job site
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and repairs as needed
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Must have a valid license to operate heavy machinery in Lithuania
- Previous experience as an excavator operator is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to effectively work with team members

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$, with potential for increase based on performance.
