Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving any issues they may have with their computer systems or software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Train clients on how to use computer systems and software effectively
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Location: Sheduva (accommodation provided)
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (female candidates preferred)
