Job Title: Interpreter (English-Lithuanian)


We are currently seeking a skilled English-Lithuanian Interpreter to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between English-speaking and Lithuanian-speaking individuals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting and must be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret conversations, meetings, and events from English to Lithuanian and vice versa
- Ensure accurate translation of complex information and concepts
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Provide cultural and linguistic insight to aid communication
- Act as a liaison between parties when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian, with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an interpreter or translator
- Strong understanding of both cultures to accurately convey meaning
- Excellent listening, concentration, and note-taking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various assignment hours

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Translation/Interpretation or related field preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications or training in interpreting highly desired
