Formwork Technician
Location: Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Formwork Technician to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork structures used in concrete construction projects. As a Formwork Technician, you will work closely with the construction team to ensure accurate and efficient installation of formwork systems.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Set up formwork structures according to specifications
- Measure and cut materials to required dimensions
- Install reinforcing steel bars and mesh within the formwork structure
- Pour, spread, and level concrete into the formwork using various tools
- Remove formwork after the concrete has set
- Inspect and repair any damaged or malfunctioning equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and plans
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their applications
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month without accommodation. We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience, skills, and performance.
