Facade Technician
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania


We are in need of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect and maintain existing facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Repair any damages or defects on facades, including glass panels and metal cladding
- Seal gaps and cracks to prevent water leakage and air infiltration
- Operate machinery such as cranes, scaffolding, and power tools to perform facade work
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to plan facade designs and improvements
- Keep records of all work done on building facades for future reference
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Facade Technician in construction or related field
- Knowledge of facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to operate machinery safely
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills
