A reputable painting company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and furniture. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within the given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and applying primer
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Utilize different techniques such as stenciling and sponging to create decorative effects
- Ensure all work is completed within the given timeframe while maintaining quality standards
- Clean and maintain painting equipment after each use
- Communicate with clients to understand their expectations and provide updates on project progress
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role is preferred but not required (training will be provided for freshers)
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage)
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of 1500$ per month for this position. Additional benefits may include accommodation provided by the company.
