Entry Level Painter

As an Entry Level Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces in a variety of settings. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure surfaces are properly primed before applying paint
- Use protective equipment and follow safety guidelines at all times
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Follow project timelines and meet deadlines set by supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of different types of paints, tools, and techniques used in painting
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
As an Entry Level Painter, you can expect a starting salary of $1600 per month. Further salary increases can be earned based on experience, performance, and additional skills acquired.
