Plastering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and smoothing plaster onto walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster materials, and ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and patching any imperfections
- Measure and mix ingredients to create the appropriate consistency of plaster
- Apply plaster onto surfaces using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure an even finish
- Use hand tools or machines to shape or texture the plaster as required
- Cover surfaces with protective materials such as paper or plastic to prevent damage during the work process
- Clean tools and work area after each project
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in awkward positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in completing projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; vocational training in plastering is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
