Executive Chef (Sheduva)
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Sheduva. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring high-quality, delicious meals are prepared for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Create menus that are both appealing to customers and cost-effective for the restaurant
- Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- Ensure that all food preparation is done in accordance with food safety standards
- Train new kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef preferred but not required
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

This is a contract job located in Sheduva. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
