Executive Chef at Sheduva
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team at Sheduva. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality and delicious dishes. Your creativity, passion for cooking, and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes according to customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant operations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
- Monitor food costs and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, flavors, and cooking methods
- Ability to create innovative menus while also accommodating dietary restrictions
- Good understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
