Part-Time Plasterer in Kaunas


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team on a part-time basis in Kaunas. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and seamless finishes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure smooth, even surfaces
- Physical strength and stamina for working with heavy materials
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kaunas

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling cracks, and smoothing out imperfections
- Mix plaster ingredients according to instructions or specific ratios
- Apply coats of plaster onto surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Smooth out plaster using hand or power tools such as sanders or brushes
- Create decorative textures or patterns using different techniques
- Ensure that surfaces are level and smooth by constantly checking with levels or straight edges
- Repair damaged areas by patching or replacing plaster as needed
- Clean up work area after completing job
