Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including creating technical drawings and models, conducting site surveys and measurements, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site surveys to gather information and measurements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review and analyze building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
