Preservation Architect (Siauliai, Lithuania)



We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You must have experience in architectural design and construction, as well as knowledge of historic preservation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys and assessments of historic structures
- Creating preservation plans and designing restoration projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute restoration projects
- Ensuring adherence to preservation standards and guidelines
- Documenting the process of restoration for historical records
- Conducting research on the history of the structure and its architectural significance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design and construction
- Experience with historic preservation projects preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and preservation standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints
