Junior QA Engineer



As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as participate in the testing and debugging process. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in software quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products
- Identify, document, and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues
- Participate in the creation of test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases according to established procedures
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to quality assurance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience in manual or automated testing is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
