Job Title: Junior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in creating architectural drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design concepts

- Prepare presentations and visual materials for client meetings
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards for project compliance
- Attend project meetings and communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
