Commercial Architect

We are in search of a talented and detail-oriented Commercial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. This role requires strong design skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design commercial buildings that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and make necessary adjustments
- Create project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all building plans comply with local regulations and codes
- Review project progress to ensure that it stays within budget and meets deadlines
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong design skills with proficiency in CAD software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Salary: $1200 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Siauliai (Preference for women)
