Part-Time Industrial Architect

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Part-Time Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, facilities, and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Develop detailed design plans for industrial buildings, facilities, and structures
- Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural design principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
