We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the architectural design process for our projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month, with accommodation provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants, such as engineers and contractors.
- Oversee budgeting and scheduling for projects.
- Conduct quality control checks on all designs and construction documents.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the design process.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design or management.
- Familiarity with relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in Lithuania or Eastern Europe. However, all nationalities are welcome to apply.
