Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial projects, taking into consideration factors such as functionality, safety, and budget
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Provide support during the construction phase by addressing any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals involved in the project

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai. However, remote work options may be considered.
